1. Terms of Use 1.1. You agree that any other user and Priston Tale for Us may take snapshot, capture the image, film and record your character's in-game videos within the in-game virtual environment, and grant the royalty-free right to use the material to be used, reproduced, distributed, transmitted or modified on all types of media. 1.2. The User agrees that Priston Tale for Us has full right to add, enter, edit, modify, suspend and exclude total or medium access or account, character, player credits. 2. Interruption of Service 2.1. Priston Tale for Us reserves the right to discontinue the Services from time to time, on a regular basis or not, with prior notice in order to perform maintenance. 2.2. The User is aware that the Services may be interrupted for reasons beyond the control of Priston Tale for Us, and that in such circumstances Priston Tale for Us can not guarantee that the User will be able to access the Services at any time. 2.3. Priston Tale for Us shall not be liable for any interruption, delay in service or inability to perform due to any causes beyond its control, fortuitous or force majeure. 3. Responsibility 3.1. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT Priston Tale for Us WILL NOT ASSUME AND SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ACTION BY THE CONTENT Priston Tale for Us WITH RESPECT TO THE CONDUCT, COMMUNICATION OR CONTENT OF THE SERVICES. 3.2. Priston Tale for Us SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT PROVIDED BY Priston Tale for Us. 3.3. YOU AGREE THAT Nemesis CAN NOT BE LIABLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY EVENT THAT OCCURS OR RESULTS FROM ACCESS TO THE SERVICES FOR MAJORITY OR STRICT USE, ACTION FOR THE ACTION, OMISSION OR WILL OF JUSTICE. 4. Account sharing, sale and exchange 4.1. It is prohibited to share accounts and password (Share), with the consequence that anyone who disobeys this rule will lose service in the support and consequently will not have restoration in case of theft of items. 5. In-Game Rules 5.1. It is forbidden to create characters with Name, Initial or containing GM, ADM, ADMIN, STAFF, ETC ... 5.2. It is forbidden to use tools that circumvent the rules of the game, such as programs or game failures. 5.3. In case of use of hacks the user will receive permanent lock in the account. 5.4. In case of use of bugs or failures of the game for own benefit the user will be notified with a lock of 15 days in the account, in case of a recurrence he will receive permanent block. 5.5. In case of Lag, the user will be notified with a blockage of 1 to 7 days depending on the severity of his lag. 5.6. It is forbidden to make any kind of false accusation & slander in the forum or in any other medium. 5.6.1 When found: 1 time - The first time the player will be blocked for 3 days; 2 times - In the second time the Player will be blocked for 7 days; 3 times - In the third occurrence the player will have the account blocked for 30 days. 6. Items 6.1. The server is not responsible for any item that has been achieved in the game, we exclude any responsibility for recovery of the item if it is lost for either theft or game problems. 6.2. The server is responsible for restoring alpha & zeus items as long as they are lost in lag, game problems or DCs, and the restore request is sent no later than 7 days after the event. 6.3. The server is only responsible for stolen items that have been purchased on the site by those who lost them, in case the user has a purchased item in the stolen game he will not be entitled to restoration. Items purchased in the game apply only to Rule 6.2 7. Changes 7.1. You agree that all Accounts, character, items, credits, belong to the Priston Tale for Us server, we may make changes, checks, and exclusions without prior notice. 7.2 All previous rules may be changed without prior notice, automatically if registering on the server you agree to all our rules. 7.3. You may not modify, publish, create derivative works, and / or otherwise exploit any existing content on Priston Tale for Us including, without limitation, content that the Priston Tale for Us website and social networks allow you to download, without the express permission of Priston Tale for Us team. 7.3.1 When found: 1 time - The first time the player will be blocked for 3 days; 2 times - In the second time the Player will be blocked for 7 days; 3 times - In the third occurrence the player will have the account blocked for 90 days.
